Two tools for everyday audit work.
DataHunter TNT checks financial statements in the browser. DataHunter matches receipts against Excel lists on the desktop. Both process your data locally.
DataHunter TNT
Tick & tie on financial statements — in the browser. TNT reads the figures from the statements, proposes totals, finds figures that drift apart within the document, and puts the current year next to the prior year. Every checked item gets a status, a comment and a timestamp.
- Mathematical Consistency — totals, subtotals and balances
- Internal Check — every occurrence of a figure in the document
- External Check — current year against the prior-year statements
- Export as an interactive review, PDF, Excel or archive package
- .tnt project file — compatible with the desktop version
Runs in Chromium browsers (Chrome, Edge). No installation, no admin rights.
Mathematical Consistency
TNT captures the figures in the statements and proposes valid totals. You review the proposals, tick them off and see immediately where the arithmetic does not add up — with an adjustable tolerance for rounding differences.
Internal Check
Figures are searched for throughout the document and placed side by side. Deviations between balance sheet, income statement, notes and management report stand out without paging back and forth.
External Check
The current report is held against the prior-year report. The prior-year column is reconciled line item by line item and deviations are reported with their delta.
DataHunter
Document matching: DataHunter compares invoices, receipts and PDF documents against Excel lists and shows missing, deviating and duplicated line items. Text recognition for scanned documents is built in.
- Automatic matching between Excel and PDF
- Audit records at the click of a button — export as PDF or Excel
- OCR for scanned documents
- Project and document management
- Portable version without installation or admin rights
Fast matching
Records are placed side by side between Excel and PDF instead of being cross-checked by hand. Deviations end up in a single list.
Documentation included
The result can be exported as a PDF report or an Excel file — ready for the audit file, without a separate tick list.
Text recognition
Scanned PDFs are made readable via OCR, so paper receipts can be searched and matched too.
